What people ask before joining.
Is this the same as insurance?
No. It is a plan you buy directly from us. You pay a fixed price for checkups and cleanings, and posted discounted fees for everything else. There are no claim forms or yearly maximums.
Can I use it right away?
Yes. There is no waiting period. Your discount applies from the first visit, and we book your first cleaning and exam within two weeks.
Will I be treated differently as a member?
No. Members book the same appointment slots as every other patient and see the same dentists and hygienists. The plan only changes what you pay.
Can I choose my dentist?
You see any of our dentists and hygienists. Every one of them treats members, and you can ask for the same person each visit.
What if I need a lot of work done?
We write up a treatment plan with member prices before we start. You can spread the work over several visits and choose what to do first.
Does my child need a parent on the plan?
No. A child plan works on its own. A parent or guardian signs up and pays, and the plan is in the child's name.
What happens if I cancel?
Plans run for 12 months. We email you 30 days before renewal, and you can cancel with a reply to that email. Visits you already used are yours to keep.
